Mission Statement:

The mission of the NEC Academy is to deliver professional sales training seminars and support materials. This training will provide the sales force a means for personal and professional development that supports NEC's market share objectives.

Role of Training:

The NEC Academy was created to fill our Dealer's need for a formal sales skills training and product certification program. The curriculums are a vehicle to deliver the knowledge and skills needed to perform at the highest possible level. Through this website a salesperson will have access to:

The objectives of the NEC Academy are:

  • Support achievement of NEC revenue objectives.
  • Assist the Associate's business growth by providing a training resource for new and experienced salespeople.
  • Provide Dealer development courses to NEC Account Managers and Branch Directors.
  • Assist NEC Product Marketing and Product Management with production of application training presentations/work books, and product sales launches.

Student Population

NEC Academy courses are focused on information and skills that directly relate to advancing a sales career in Telecommunications. The curriculum is appropriate for:
  • NEC Sales and Marketing Managers.
  • Associate Personnel : Owners, Sales Managers, Salespeople, and Sales Engineers.
